Troubleshooting Error 403

If you are encountering an Error 403 page when logging into Canvas, it is likely because your browser is trying to login to Canvas through your personal Google Account. Here’s how to fix it:

• Head to https://accounts.google.com/
• Select the profile icon in the top right corner and select “Sign out of all accounts”.
• After you have signed out, login to your AO google account.
• Once you are logged in, return to the Virtual Classroom Access page and click the sign in link. You should now be able to login to Canvas.
